Eric Eakins sm

R. Eric Eakins

R. Eric Eakins was an employee of TEC many years ago. Eric gained valuable experience through starting and operating his own company for 12 years in Colorado. He also worked for a national architecture firm managing large projects and technical teams. Eric has spent his entire career in the service industry and shares the values and vision that has made TEC Systems Group what it is today.

Garth Bloom
Vice President of Operations

Garth has been with TEC for over 20 years, providing technical and operational leadership to our customers and our employees.  Garth wears many hats at TEC – from managing our Industrial Salt services group to overseeing operations of our Headquarters facilities – and he wears them all well!

Mark Wilcox
Engineering Director

Mark leads our Oilseeds Processing group.  Mark’s broad technical skills and calm demeanor make him a “fan favorite” with our customers.  Mark holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.  When he is not on the road serving our customers, Mark enjoys spending time at home with his family.

Carrie Van Metre
Finance & Accounting

Carrie has been with TEC since the early days and manages every aspect of TEC’s financial obligations.  Carrie also serves as the financial manager for TEC’s sister company, Total Electric.  Despite the heavy workload of supporting two companies, Carrie is always available when customers or employees call.

Gina Coleal
Human Resources & Business Strategy

Gina has been working as a Human Resources Manager and has transitioned to a broader Business Strategy role with the company. Her primary focus has been the implementation of Human Resources Business Systems that are designed to improve employee capability and company performance. She holds her MBA and has 16 years combined experience in HR, Operations and Safety.


Rolland Eakins sm

Rolland Eakins

Rolland Eakins, CEO/President founded TEC Systems Group, Inc. in 1984 and was an active part of the company until his passing on February 15, 2016. Rolland believed in having a plan that provided TEC and its valuable employees a secured future and continue to allow the business to operate as it has for the last 32 years. Rolland will be greatly missed but his legacy lives on through the people of TEC who he took great pride in.
