TECPass is an online ticketing system that is utilized by TEC’s customers to send service requests to TEC.  Service requests are handled quickly by the first available, qualified TEC resource. 

Customers are able to monitor the status of service requests and capture historical reports, to identify recurring issues.  The application can be customized to meet the specific service requirements of each customer.
